We had a fantastic full house of children, parents and teachers at the Millennium School Year 6 Art Exhibition held at no format galley on Thursday 23rd of January.
Over 120 works including paintings, drawings, collages, and sculptural models produced by the Year 6 children were on display depicting historic parts of the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

Down the center of the gallery was a large canvas depicting the River Thames, the children with the help of some of parents and teachers mapped out various London landmarks that run alongside the river with paint, pencil, crayon and tissue paper, creating
an aerial masterpiece by the end of the evening.
Throughout the evening we heard voices of various children sharing their learning from their local history.

All the artworks were for sale for £5 each helping to raise money for the school and future projects.
